Mailbox role fails with "component timeout"
When trying to install the Mailbox role on my server it gets stuck in the process and then quits with the error 3238230409 "An internal component is not responding"
Any Ideas?

I've had this same problem and have filed a bug with the product group. I'll post back here when they update the bug with status.

If you look toward the end of your install logs does it indicate where it failed?
